PRODUCT SAFETY RULES
1 The manufacturer of the product is the company "MEBLE-OKMED" DEMKO Sp. j. with its registered office in Braniewo, 13 Kolejowa Street, 14-500 Braniewo, registered under KRS number: 0000140522, NIP: 582-12-98-233, REGON: 170348122.
(2) The manufacturer declares that it complies with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2023/988 of May 10, 2023 on product safety and all related regulations and directives.
3 The company only markets products that are safe for users.
4 The product complies with the requirements of relevant European standards (if applicable) and national regulations on safety and risks associated with its use.
(5) The manufacturer shall take all necessary measures to ensure that the product is safe, durable and resistant to the hazards typical of its use.
6 The product comes with clear instructions and all warnings and safety information. Please read them carefully before starting installation to ensure safe use of the product.
(7) If the product can be safely used without additional instructions, follow the information available on the manufacturer's website, taking into account the conditions of use and any restrictions set by the manufacturer.
(8) If the manufacturer obtains information suggesting that the product may be unsafe, it will immediately take the following steps:
8.1 Carry out corrective actions, including recalls, if necessary.
8.2 Inform consumers of the risk.
8.3 Notify the relevant regulatory authorities in the countries where the product is available through the Safety Business Gateway portal.
(9) The manufacturer shall ensure that all actors in the supply chain, including trading platforms, are informed of any security issues in a timely manner.

11 The point of contact is for consumers to file complaints and report accidents or safety problems.
