    1.  What are the Standards for the Protection of Minors
      Standards for the Protection of Minors, is a set of policies and procedures that ensure that in our
      The company juvenile worker can feel safe.
      The document describes how to deal with suspected cases of
      violence from: peers, employees or family members.
      In addition, the Standards for the Protection of Minors describe the principles of mutual relationships noting
      special attention to unlawful behavior.
    2. Remember that you have the right to:
      - security and respect,
      - equal and fair treatment regardless of the differences that divide us,
      - privacy,
      - feeling different emotions,
      - get help when you need it.
    3. What to keep in mind:
      - Be respectful in your communication with peers and adults,
      - Remember that everyone has the right to make mistakes - don't criticize, don't ridicule, don't
      Make unpleasant comments,
      - When interacting with others, remember to respect others' boundaries,
      - remember that everyone has the right to express their opinions, thoughts and beliefs, under the
      provided that they do not violate the welfare of others,
      - Respect others' right to privacy, do not look through other people's belongings,
      - if you want to borrow or view an item - ask,
      - remember that any conflict can be resolved culturally and peacefully,
      - if you can't handle it you can always ask an adult for help.
    4. What not to do:
      - Shout at others, insult them and ridicule them,
      - threaten others, intimidate,

      - hug or touch others if they do not wish to do so,
      - Record or photograph others without their permission,
      - take other people's property without the owner's permission,
      - Bring and use dangerous tools.
    5. If you witness any unlawful behavior or situation on the part of the
      peers or adults, inform an adult you trust.
    6. Who at work can provide you with assistance?
      - practical training instructor,
      - Another adult you trust,
      - persons responsible for all areas related to standards for the protection of minors.
